We currently focus on customers in the United States. To be confirmed: the full list of destinations we ship to, including any international options.
3. Order processing
Each order is reviewed for availability before dispatch. Because our fulfilment schedule is still being finalized, we confirm the expected processing time for your specific order by email. To be confirmed: standard processing time in business days.
4. Shipping methods and carriers
To be confirmed: carriers, service levels, and delivery estimates will be published here once carrier accounts are active. Until then, we agree the shipping method with you before dispatch.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated from the destination, weight, and selected service. The checkout shows shipping as calculated after review while live rate calculation is being configured. To be confirmed: rate table and any free-shipping threshold.
6. Tracking
When a shipment includes tracking, we send the tracking reference to the email address on the order. You can also request a status update by contacting us with your order number.
7. Delivery issues
If a package arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the carrier estimate, or does not arrive, contact us at contact@pensmarllc.site with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
8. Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can update an address before dispatch if you contact us promptly; after dispatch, changes depend on the carrier.
